24/7
Opening your bike lock at night in Amsterdam: how 24/7 works
24/7 is not a slogan. WhatsApp at two in the morning gets read. We state rate and ETA before we start.
Between 00:00 and 08:00 the night surcharge is + €50. Evening 18:00–00:00 + €25. Express + €25 if you want priority; we aim for half an hour.
Bring ID or a receipt. Night does not change the rules. No proof, no run.
Amsterdam Centre: + €25. Beyond 15 km: €75 plus €1 per extra kilometre.
Between 00:00 and 08:00 the night surcharge is €50, on top of the rate. Evening from 18:00 to 00:00 is + €25. We say that before we start, not as a surprise on the pavement.
Express is + €25 and you go first. We aim for half an hour in Amsterdam. Further out depends on the kilometres. Work it out.
Bring ID or a photo of it, plus something that shows the bike is yours. At night we check that as strictly as in daylight.
Stand in the light if you can. A dark alley is fine for us and unpleasant for you. We message when we turn into the street.
