A cargo bike is a second family member. A box in front, you behind. Urban Arrow Family is the Amsterdam default: electric mid-motor, plastic or canvas box, two or three belts. We are not an official Urban Arrow dealer. We find, check and prepare. That means honesty about miles, knocks on the box, whether the belts still click, whether the floor is rotten on a wooden box.
Box, belts, kerbs
Checks on a cargo bike: welds at the box, play in the steering (cargo bikes take kerbs on the nose), motor and battery if electric, lights others see in the morning rush, and the lock. A cargo bike without a real lock is an invitation — it shows, it is dear, it is often full of kids’ stuff.
Two- or three-seat
Two- or three-seat: say how many children and how old. A Mini is not a Family. Belts and seats are not a gift afterwards; if they are missing, we note it.
With or without a motor
