Privacy policy

What we keep
If you call, message or email, we process what we need to come out: your name, phone number, address or location, a photo of the lock, and a receipt or a photo of your identity document.
The address on the site, [email protected], reaches us. We do not sell data and we do not use it for a newsletter.
Why, and for how long
We use the data to do the job, to check the vehicle is yours, to charge what was agreed, and to handle a complaint.
A photo of an identity document is not kept longer than the job and a possible complaint require, and not longer than four weeks. Other messages are kept as long as the administration needs them.
WhatsApp runs through Meta. A location you share on WhatsApp goes over their network. Their terms apply as well.
Advertising
Some pages show ads from Google AdSense. Google may use cookies or similar techniques for that. The page where you ask for help right now stays free of ads. Google’s own privacy policy explains the rest.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. Email [email protected]. We reply within a reasonable time. You can also take a privacy complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
