Battery lock stuck on your e-bike, fatbike or cargo bike
The battery has to come out to charge, or the bike will not run because the lock will not release it. E-bike, fatbike or cargo bike. Do not lever the housing.

Gazelle, Batavus, Sparta, Cube, VanMoof, a fatbike, or an Urban Arrow or Babboe cargo bike: send a photo of the lock, not only the bike. We open the cylinder or cut the lock. The battery itself stays sealed.
The frame ring lock is a separate lock. Say if that is stuck too, then we do both in one visit.
Bring proof it is yours: a receipt, registration, hire contract, or a clear photo of your ID. We do not open a bike, scooter or motorcycle that is not yours.
€75 includes the drive within 15 km of postcode 1063. Each kilometre past that is €1. Centre of Amsterdam + €25. Evening 18:00–00:00 + €25. Night 00:00–08:00 + €50.
