Key snapped off in the lock

Sometimes the piece comes out and the lock still turns. Sometimes the cylinder is done and the lock has to be opened or cut off. A photo tells us which, and we say so before we drive.

€75 includes the drive within 15 km of postcode 1063. Each kilometre past that is €1. Centre of Amsterdam + €25. Evening 18:00–00:00 + €25. Night 00:00–08:00 + €50.
