Cut a bike lock off

First we see if the lock can still be opened. Cutting is the step when the cylinder is dead, the key has snapped off inside, or a ring lock, chain or U-lock will not turn. The disc goes through the steel of the lock. Frame, wheel and battery housing stay intact.
